Selection: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Examination, information for which will be provided in the Admit card. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be intimated to appear for Group Discussion and Interview. WRITTEN TEST: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for objective type written test at any one of the centres at Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur.

Training & Probation : Candidates selected as Executive Trainees will be placed on training for one year. After successful completion of training the candidates shall be placed under probation for one year. EMOLUMENTS: The Executive Trainees will be offered Basic Pay of Rs. 20,600/- p.m. plus Dearness Allowance (IDA). On successful completion of training of one year, the Executive Trainees 6 will be designated as Asst. Managers in the scale of pay of Rs. 20600-3%-46500/- and their Basic pay will be fixed at Rs.21860/- (i.e. with 02 additional increments on the starting Basic pay).

Selection Procedure : The selection process will consist of: - Stage-I: Written Test, Stage-II: Skill test for Jr Assistant Trainees only / Physical ability test for Field Attendant Trainees only and Stage-III: Interview. In the selection process, a candidate has to secure maximum marks in the Written Test and rank sufficiently higher to be called for Stage-II and/or Stage-III of the selection process as the case may be. Merely qualifying in the Written Test, Skill test / Physical ability test and Interview will not entitle a candidate for appointment in the company since the final selection would depend on inter-alia the number of vacancies in various categories and relative performance.

Stipend : Rs. 12,000/- for the first twelve months and Rs. 12,500/- for the remaining six months

Selection Procedure : Written Test/ Shorthand Test/ Interview

Required Candidate Skills :
  • Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce from a recognized University/ Institute.
  • Pass in Lower Grade English Shorthand and Higher Grade English type-writing examination from Board of Technical Education or its equivalent qualification duly recognized by Government authorities.
  • Candidates should have minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand and 40 words per minute in English type-writing. Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi language, Knowledge of computer /telex/Fax/Xerox and other Office equipment operation is desirable.
  • Candidates having working experience as LDC-Typist/Stenographer will be preferred.
