Selection: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Examination, information for which will be provided in the Admit card. Training & Probation : Candidates selected as Executive Trainees will be placed on training for one year. After successful completion of training the candidates shall be placed under probation for one year. EMOLUMENTS: The Executive Trainees will be offered Basic Pay of Rs. 20,600/- p.m. plus Dearness Allowance (IDA). On successful completion of training of one year, the Executive Trainees 6 will be designated as Asst. Managers in the scale of pay of Rs. 20600-3%-46500/- and their Basic pay will be fixed at Rs.21860/- (i.e. with 02 additional increments on the starting Basic pay).

Selection Process : 1. Candidates who clear all the eligibility criteria like age, qualification, caste certificate etc. will have to appear for an Objective Type Competitive Written Test based on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness,English and Domain Knowledge. Emoluments : During the one year training period, the monthly emoluments shall be Rs.35,000/-(Rupees Thirty Five Thousand) + Accommodation & Transport or Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) if accommodation & transport is not provided. During the training period, other benefits like Medical will be provided to the Trainee as per Company policy, applicable from time to time. On successful completion of training, the Management Trainees will be considered for absorption in the regular pay scale of Rs.24900-50500/-. They shall thereafter be on probation for a period of one year.
