- At least 2 years in Application support services with basic knowledge on technologies like

Java , J2EE ,SQL,MS SQL with any database like Oracle .

Job Description:
- This technical support service position is responsible for resolving issues reported through service desk incidents/tickets reported by applications end users.
- This position is responsible for investigating, resolving, escalating, and tracking & follow up on issues or tickets in a timely manner.
- The work involves monitoring various queues for errors that require immediate response and resolution.
- Customer service and ability to communicate with various support services group globally is required.
- Work is performed under the supervision of the Integration Manager.
- Additional work direction may be provided by other higher-level IT professionals.
- Work is reviewed for accuracy, timeliness, level of customer service, and consistency with policy and accepted practices.
