- Object oriented, design patterns and multi-tiered development
- Knowledge of browser compliance issues and accessibility standards
- Web service design and development
- Strong understanding of web technologies, i.e. HTTP, SOAP, SOA, XML, etc.
- MS SQL Server design and programming experience
- Ability to write dynamic HTML pages using HTML 5 & JQuery
- Knowledge of CSS, Java script
- Strong Troubleshooting, problem solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Self-motivating with the ability to work individually or in a team
- Keen to explore and learn new technologies and methodologies
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and reporting tools like SSIS, SSRS and crystal reports
- Knowledge of windows application, application security architecture and oracle is added advantage
- Knowledge of software engineering concepts is preferred
