- Understanding and documenting the requirements
- Coordinating with the internal sourcing team to identify matching profiles through various sources, within a stipulated time
- Screening and Recruitment
- Primary screening of candidates as per the JD, qualification and other requirements
- Coordinating and scheduling the interviews via telephone or face to face
- Innovative use of sourcing channels like networking and internal referrals for senior candidates
- Should be able to close requirements for medium to high volume hiring numbers
- Handling entire recruitment cycle and completing pre and post recruitment formalities
- Timely documentation of daily responsibilities and tasks
