- We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, for our fast growing business in USA
- Understanding basics of recruiting and various phases in it is what we are looking for
- Will be identifying right candidates through job portals for different positions within company
- Screening candidates for fit for the right positions, following it with managing and maintaining relations with the potential professionals across US up till they join the project
- Candidates who understand about prioritizing work/ tasks and taking responsibility to see that the work allocated is completed
- Need to be flexible and adaptable and ready to learn at all times
- Must have strong people relationship skills, ability to team with fellow recruiters and other support people, and proven commitment to ethics
- Willing to build their career and grow with company on a long term duration should be the attitude
- Absolutely willing to work in Nightshifts ( 7 PM to 4 AM )
