Required Candidate Skills :
- Provides technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems by telephone. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Screens, refers, and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers utilizing experience and understanding of DELL MIS environment.
- May prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation.
- Involves use of problem management database and help desk system.
- Typically, the Analyst level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customer and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
- Works to ensure maximum uptime for users company-wide.
- Knowledge of specialized software, system principles, theories, concepts, and technologies may be preferred in these positions.
- Candidate should have an excellent communication Skill and should be able to work in a rotational Shift!
