- This is a service desk job requiring good communication skills and working knowledge of computers and mobile devices.
- Core job functions involve answering customer calls / emails / chats, collect client information, resolve technical issues and record the interaction during call management systems.
- The role also involves interactions with clients, delivery managers, immediate managers and other team members to ensure timely resolution of an issue and a high level of customer satisfaction.
