- The key job responsibilities include the following:
- The main tasks of the Network Operating Center Operator include:
- Monitoring the health of the infrastructure and ICT services of Deloitte ICT Services in the Netherlands.
- Detect, analyze and log events, errors and alarms concerning the infrastructure.
- Proactive and reactive escalation of (potential) disruption in our IT services.
- Registration of incidents in our ticketing system for handling by our 2nd line engineers
- Develop analysis, trend reporting and service level reports for each service or product.
- Participate in activites during the montly maintenance window weekend.
