- We are looking for a passionate, high energy customer operations analyst to help FoodLink customers to run their business.
- The qualified individual will have knowledge of SaaS based applications, must command excellent English and communication skills and be self driven.
Job Description:
- Day to day activities will include system data maintenance, client interaction via phone and email as well as trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Client training, demonstrations, and presentation preparation will also be required.
- Communicating with clients to understand their business needs and working internally to bring those needs reality.
- The ability to think outside the box, constantly looking for ways to maintain client satisfaction and improving the overall company performance is preferred.
- Individual must be able to work any shift and may occasionally be required to travel to the United States.
