Job Description:

1. This individual will be responsible for scheduling interviews at all levels of the organization
2. Will greet all candidates for onsite interviews and coordinate conference room
3. Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking system
4. Will own and drive various other HR projects and related tasks to completion
5. Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, and emails in a timely manner
6. May be called upon to assist HR where sensitivity to confidential information and timely problem resolution is critical.
