4. Candidate should have Ability to write complex SQL queries is added advantage.

6. Candidate should have Strong understanding of support - tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics.
7. A passion towards problem-solving.
8. Candidate should have Strong decision-making ability.
9. Must be able to think proactively; excellent follow-through and attention to details.
10. Willing to work in 24x7 on-call support (on rotation basis).
11. Candidate should have Knowledge on data warehousing/distributed applications/enterprise applications is plus.
