DESKTOP ENGINEER:
Inventory / Asset management (software + hardware) Deployment of OS (local network & remote network) Monitoring & preventive maintenance.
SERVER SUPPORT (Linux / Windows):
Managing below Server
- Windows Server 2003/2008/SBS2008
- Active Directory, DNS DHCP, Understanding of Schema
- OS/ Application Deployment server
- Mail Server (POP3/MS Exchange 2007 and above)
- Anti-Virus (Enterprise Solutions)
- Backup
- Monitoring server/ application/ services logs & troubleshooting
- Server Backup
NETWORK ENGINEER:
Should be CCNA, CCNP with good exposer to Modems, Hubs, Leased Lines, Cisco switches, Routers, IP Phones, call manager.
