1. The program is designed to analyze the performance of candidates for 6 months and if their performance stands out to be satisfactory, then they might be absorbed for internal requirement of our Company or else they will be released with an experience certificate.
2. The candidates selected for training will be paid stipend for an initial period of 6 months and would be paid good salaries once they will get absorbed at our company's end after completion of 6 months of training session.

Note: We don't charge any training fee on the candidate.
