- Candidate should have Knowledge of an ERP application( Enterprise Resource Planning) crm Customer Relationship Management will be preferable.
Job Description:
- Candidate should have Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to the software.
- Communicates requlary with the IT Manager on the status of the work in progress.
- Respond to ERP users calls and provides immediate assistantce for urgent requests. If a problem is related to a faulty product, communicate with the technical support team, make a requisition, and ensure the necessary follow -up.
- Candidate should Provide training to users during the implementation phase.
- Develops an action plan according to the ERP users specifications and their roles.
- Candidate should have Basic programming knowledge and good expertise in Microsoft office i.e. excel/word 2010.
