1. Troubleshooting user issues, user guidance and knowledge sharing in order to optimize the user experience of the systems (Group Finance Applications - Assurenet / FTP GL)
2. Ensure readiness of FTP GL
3. Handle User queries on FTP GL
4. Customers / Stakeholders
5. Ability to Interact and build rapport with customers
6. Provide additional support on ad hoc activities (UAT)

Developing reports for Global Finance Applications using:
i. IBM Cognos BI 8.x
ii. IBM TM1 Perform monthly scheduled system admin tasks
