- Candidate Should have knowledge on enterprise finance systems (e.g People Soft Financial, ERP etc).
- Relevant experience in Project Management or Business Process Migration of a Financial Services/Banking MNC or similar industry.
Job Description:
- Troubleshooting user issues, user guidance and knowledge sharing in order to optimize the user experience of the systems (Group Finance Applications - Assurenet / FTP GL)
- Ensure readiness of FTP GL
- Handle User queries on FTP GL
- Customers / Stakeholders
- Ability to Interact and build rapport with customers
- Provide additional support on ad hoc activities (UAT)
i. IBM Cognos BI 8.x
ii. IBM TM1 Perform monthly scheduled system admin tasks
