Job Description:
As a Research Associate you will utilize internal & external public research sources such as government & regulatory documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports as well as information databases and our research tools to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant financial, industry-specific market, and business information to create and maintain value added content pertaining to:

• Global Public and Private companies
• Critical Business Information
• Financial News
• Transactions such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Placements, and Public Offering Transactions
• Key Executives and Directors
• Financial Supplemental Data for Companies

The role would require you to participate in time-sensitive projects and take collaborative initiatives with colleagues based in Gurgaon and our other office locations (global). The candidate would need to understand & prioritize the information needs.

The profile involves effective communication between Peers, QA Managers, Business Analysts and Developers; across S&P Capital IQ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
