Job Description:

• To cultivate an in depth knowledge of the internal collection applications and overall workflow including operational practices.
• Provide first line support to operational staff, and /or identify issues requiring resolution
• Adhere to strict guidelines in understanding and following established Test Plans and Reporting mechanisms to ensure relevant and accurate feedback is documented and communicated when executing on Acceptance and Regression testing
• Compares expected results with the actual test results and identifies variations/issues/bugs
• Works closely with the Technology and Operations Teams to agree, plan and execute on all levels of testing for new processes and functionality under close supervision of Team Lead.
• Assist in preparation of Test Plans
• Provide Presentations/Demos to internal and/or external stakeholders as and when requested
• Meet targets and deadlines as set by the Team Lead to achieve Operational goals
• Understand and analyse existing automation libraries and automation workflow.
• Build upon existing test cases.
