Tata consultancy Services (TCS) is executing a mega E-governance project for the Govt of India i.e Passport Seva Project - Citizen Service Centers for passport Issuing across various locations in the Country. Urgently requires the following staff (Both Male/Female)

3) Escalate customer issues for quick resolution.
4) Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs.
5) Report to the Team Lead / CSM.
