Job Description:
Quarterly Business Review Data Specialist:
50% Workflow Managements
Interprets website performance reports and prepares actionable recommendations
Utilizes research findings to build quarterly business review power point decks
Reviews account plans closely to ensure recommendations align to customer's business objectives
Deliver timely follow up and deck prep
40% Research and Teaming Activities
Evaluate dealer’s operation, competitive landscape, KPIs, demographics, and unique differentiators to identify opportunities to leverage a successful strategy that drives performance for the dealer
Evaluate website, SEO, and Digital Advertising performance metrics and identify gaps, trends, and opportunities to increase dealer performance, making recommendations to grow book of business
Effectively partner and communicate with account team members including other Account Advocates, SEO Specialists, and Digital Advertising Analyst as appropriate to align dealer’s digital strategy across all products and services.
Research and monitor industry news, trends and local market opportunities
10% Miscellaneous Duties
Identify new processes and tools and make recommendations to management
Document all relevant communication
Prepare internal performance reports as specified by management
Other duties as assigned
Website Quality Specialist:
60% Workflow Management
Validate URL details- inventory prices and domains
Utilize Dealer Command Center to check on SEO Text and Lead Forms
Check live site to ensure site navigation, current specials, masthead, vehicle photos, call to numbers, call to action, and images are in working order
Access all available resources including knowledge bases to aid in problem resolution
Maintain basic knowledge of OEM programs, products & guidelines, and stay abreast of changes, updates and modifications
Utilize available reports to ensure all pages on a website are free from spelling errors and broken links
Deliver timely follow up and case resolution to fall within contractual service level agreements
20% Research and Teaming activities
Proactively review websites for necessary content changes, or performance issues
Effectively partner with account team members
10% Documenting
Document all site check activities and communicate recommended changes
5% Ad Hoc Reporting
Prepare internal performance reports as specified by management
5% Other duties as assigned
