• Experience and knowledge of Mobile banking/Payment Systems/ Payment Gateways/ Prepaid systems/ Switch
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Client Management skills
• Customer Centric and experience in handling client escalations
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Time management
• Should be able to handle minimum 15-20 FTEs
• Commitment for excellence / Decisiveness / Strategic perspective / Build & maintain relationships
• Ability to follow instructions from the team management
• Knowledge of Workflow tools
• IT savvy, Should be able to drive process improvement & automation / Presentation skills / Problem solving skills / Exposure to audits
