Job Description:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience either in the Airline Catering space or as an intern under Airline Catering
a) Catering Data Base Management
b) Primarily Developing and Managing Codes, Meal Policies, Flight Schedule, Load Scales, Stowages, Loading Change Requests.
c) Co-ordinating over call for Adhoc requests, urgent requests, Initializing Flights, Creation of Flights, Update Passenger Order, Schedule Validation, Special Meal requests, Additional charge, Flights Finalization.
d) Setup Menu Purchase Items, Price List, Forecasting of Passenger, Special Meal etc. a) Very good English Communication both Written and Oral.
b) Good analytical skills
c) Knowledge of Office Support software applications (Eg., MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail etc.)
d) Ability to cross-train/re-train and learn new processes quickly.
e) Able to work in teams in a collaborative manner
f) Must have knowledge of the Airline Catering industry with understanding of Equipments, Food types, Meal types, Meal policies, Dietary requirements, Allergies, Flight Scheduling etc.
