- Experience and knowledge of Mobile banking/Payment Systems/ Payment Gateways/ Prepaid systems/ Switch

- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Time management
- Should be able to handle minimum 15-20 FTEs
- Commitment for excellence / Decisiveness / Strategic perspective / Build & maintain relationships
- Ability to follow instructions from the team management
- Knowledge of Workflow tools
- IT savvy, Should be able to drive process improvement & automation / Presentation skills / Problem solving skills / Exposure to audits
