- Recovery: system restore, deleted files recovery, partition handling and backup
- Installing/Uninstalling software
- Windows Registry, defrag tools and boot up configuration
- Browsers: Internet Explorer, FireFox and Chrome
- Configuration: Display screen, printers, adapters and sound settings
- Remote connection functionality
- Knowledge in Linux/Unix will be added advantage
- Working Experience in 24x7 environment.
- Throughout 70% in academics.
