Required Candidate Skills:

• Ability to analyze and work on variousdata/reports to generate desired output.
• Ability to learn new process and understand new tools and software quickly.
• Able to Identify and report application bugs.
• Make recommendation around process improvement and efficiency.
• Support other team members enthusiastically whenever required.
• Provide after-hour/weekend support whenever there is upsurge in volumes to achieve targets
• Qualifications for Graduates
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma (Arts, mathematics, & computers science)
• 0-1 years of experience in providing support in a backend operations role (BPO/KPO).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent time management skills and able to juggle several complex issues at one time.
• Able to achieve SLAs and quality by going an extra mile.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Package Offered : INR 1,50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A

Work Location: Gurgaon
