- Installation and Maintenance of Hardware
- Provide desktops/laptops support for Linux, Windows
- Manage and troubleshoot network and all peripherals like printer, scanner, wifi devices etc.
- Reporting and escalation of critical issues.
- Installation and maintenance of Backup solutions, Security of user data, updation and maintenance of Antivirus solutions
- Installation of Operating system and other applications
- Knowledge of windows server 2008,2012,Active Directory,DNS,DHCP.
- Documentation of all assets and Contribute to technical support knowledgebase.
- RHCE experience preferred
