• Good skill in troubleshooting of Windows 2003,2008 & 2012 Server and Windows XP, Windows 7 & 8 Clients.
• Installation of Server Operating Systems & Client operating system, all sorts of Software packages including MS products.
• Configuring and monitoring the Active directory
• Creating & applying new group policies in domain.
• Creation, maintenance & deletion of users domain accounts.
• Creation & making changes in Login script as per requirement.
• Providing necessary access of file server to user as per request.
• Installation, configuration of VMware server and workstation, virtual server and virtual pc.
• Good Skill in troubleshooting of Network and Domain issues.
• Good Skill in troubleshooting of mailing software such as Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express.
• Knowledge and use of service desk ticketing software.
• Configuration of video conferencing system with PRI and IP.
• Providing necessary access of file server to user as per request.
• Installation & configuration of Local Area Network, proxy Servers.
• Trouble shooting of internet related issues.
• Trouble shooting on IT Hardware like ( Desktop, Laptop, printer, Scanner, Basic level Server)
• Installing Updates & Maintaining Antivirus & windows patches
