Job Description:
- Successfully install standard laser forms on new and upgrade installation types
- Support standard laser form software and installation issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Document all installation activities as related to the install in multiple databases and/or on client file.
- Manage incoming calls and escalated Clarify cases from clients and CDK associates related to standard laser issues and/or assigned territory. Maintain all client callback requirements.
- Successfully complete Pre-site of client, based on application to be installed. Pre-site may include, but is not limited to, verifying system types and checking release levels. Ensure appropriate client contracts are in place prior to installation. Document all relevant activities related to pre-site, as appropriate.
- Complete creation of pre-implementation of application setup and maintain databases.
- Maintain process documentation related to hardware and software releases, recurring issues, and utilize knowledge base articles as a resource tool.
