• Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings.
• Installation of client software like Microsoft Office, various compilers etc.
• Installed and configured various applications Software like MS Office, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer.
• Installed, Configured and Troubleshooting of various PC Components.
• Ms Outlook Configuration,
• Installation, Configuring & troubleshooting.
• In depth OS Knowledge.
• Thorough concepts of Windows 7 environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Team player.
• VBScript (added advantage)
• 6 months 2 years Desktop Support, L1/L2 Support experience (Optional)
