Job Description:
- 1 to 4 years relevant field (ACS & CCTV or BMS)
- Monitoring and response of critical alarms.
- Day to day access card activities w.r.t activation / deactivation etc.
- Generation of daily reports w.r.t alarms, card violation.
- Monitoring of critical cameras of NKP-B1 and other location on need bases.
- Support project / restack integration activities.
- Review of all alarms and create a POA for track and resolution.
- SPOC for coordination of Control Room process for PAN India security systems.
- SLA tracking for AMC services security systems.
- Ensure SOPs are followed for integration of Access and CCTV system.
- Will be required to work in rotational shift
- - Should have good written & verbal communication skills
