Job Description:
- Would be responsible for assigning calls in Tech Mahindra helpdesk to support engineers
- Would be stationed as L0 support for Tech Mahindra internal applications
- Good communication skill in English
- Should co-ordinate between support engineers and end users in order to resolve the INCIDENTS
- Should reply in mails to users about their INCIDENTS
