Job Description:

• Understand and articulate the test strategy and review it with the Development team.
• Create Test Plan, understand and identify the scope of traceability matrix for security testing, risk management, exit criteria, non-functional requirements, and E2E testing, etc.; get timely feedback and approval .
• Record and track defects uncovered during the execution of tests, accurately and on time; debug issues to find the root cause, validate the resolved defects.
• Demonstrate good collaboration with the Project team and ensure that the business goals are met.
• Proactively escalate issues, problems, and Project status to the Project Leads; promptly communicate the impacting issues to the team.
