Job Description:
1. Complete Client/Underwriting account review
a. Having complete knowledge and control on client/UW accounts, that is understanding and tracking of all receivable and payable funds including premium, return premium and claims settlements
b. Knowledge in generating different BOB/WCD reports and review to prioritize the day by day work
2. Premium collection for due balances and timely settlement:
a. Chasing respective clients/UW via email follow up with calls towards collection of funds well within the warranty/SDD period and settle to underwriter
3. Effective management of correspondence/queries
a. Making sure to review all received correspondences and prioritise day by day work
b. Making sure to action all correspondences received from Clients/Underwriting team well within time frame
4. Funds Allocation and reconciliation
a. Making sure to allocate all received funds on timely manner
b. Making sure to allocate funds to appropriate account/transaction without making funding and also should follow CASS5 rule
5. Payments:
a. Making sure to pay-out all payable return premiums/claim settlements well within set standard. However, to perform complete account review before pay-out to avoid any possible funding scenarios.
6. Managing the best overall client account status:
a. Highest collection of funds within short period of time & having minimal / zero on-account fund
