Job Description:
1. Email Communication
Acknowledge, respond and manage author applications through Packt Author Website
An ARE will be required to document each entry on CRM system using the case management module and ensure that authors applications are processed in a professional and timely manner.
Manage author queries and escalations related to Advances/Royalty payments in a swift and professional manner.
Acknowledging all issues/concerns raised by the Authors via Author Surveys.
2. Preparing Author contracts:
Preparing all Author Contracts and uploading them on the Electronic Signature Software to be signed by the Authors.
Ensuring all contracts are error free and checked
Conducting Author Surveys:
Conducting Author Surveys throughout the publishing cycle and provide feedback on basis of process improvements across the business.
3. Manage Grievances
Tracker to check for all negative comments or queries raised by Authors on Social Media.
Assisting different teams when they require intervention to resolve author issues
4. Reports and Audits:
Preparing Daily Report to track the Contracting Performance.
Preparing and sharing a weekly report to all relevant stakeholders for all Invoice Related queries that are captured on CRM system.
Handling Author queries.
