Job Description:
- Respond to customer queries, via ticketing system, onsite support, Remote Support as email and direct phone calls.
- Resolve customer functional and technical issues through research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
- Work directly with other technical support staff, tier II engineers, the sales team, the delivery team, and management to resolve issues.
- Learn and work on technologies like Endpoint Protection, Backup, Virtualization, Firewall and other Security Gateways, mailing Solutions, Monitoring Solutions.
- Work on Windows and Linux based Servers and Applications.
Work Location: Delhi/ NCR
