One hard copy is to be retained by the candidate and the second copy along with attested passport size photograph (pasted on this copy), attested copy of qualification, attested copy of experience and the original Demand Draft of an appropriate application fee must be sent through Registered/Speed Post/in person to The Director CDAC, Mohali, A-34, Phase VIII, Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab, 160059 which should reach on or before 23-01-2015.
