• 1 year of experience in Manager service organization.
• Working experience on NOC environment.

Education/Technical/Functional qualifications and/or Professional Certifications:
Essential: Engineering academic background (engineering diploma acceptable)

• CCNA certified
• Post Graduation in Advanced Networking preferable
• One year experience in a Managed Service Organization
