Required Candidate Skills :
- Good analytical & logical Skills are required.
- Proven expertise developing & implementing systems using ASP.net ( ASP.net MVC preferred ) : Entity framework , LINQ.
- Well versed with of Web 2.0 technologies ( C#, HTML 5, CSS3, Jquery, JSON, AJAX, Dojo ).
- Proven expertise with Databases : MS SQL 2010 & MS SQL Express .
- Prior Experience in Developing & Delivering Web Based Application, SaaS & Cloud based applications will be a plus.
- Excellent grasp of object oriented programming, object oriented design patterns and refactoring.
- Interested in working on the latest on Web, Mobile and Cloud.
- A passion to be a part of a team that delivers fantastic stable solutions.
- Great communications skills, both written and verbal, and a healthy desire for collaboration.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, SLA driven environment managing multiple priorities.
- Prior Experience in Development of Payroll, ERP, HR, CRM, Portals etc, will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Web Based software development / SaaS based application suite are required.
- Strong technical expertise in .Net 4.5, 4.0, 3.5, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, WCF, Knockout JS, Web part/control development experience.
- Can do Module level design, create estimates and involve in Implementation, Excellent design patterns and development methodology must be employed.
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications, and architect solutions with high performance.
- Be the key part of software team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code, Organize, manage peer reviews & code walk through.
- Creating Strong Web Application with the following technologies :- Microsoft .NET ( C#, ASP.NET, Web Services )
- Must have strong concept of OOPS and Integration expertise with XML, HTML, XSLT, AJAX, ASCX, ASPX, JavaScript, CSS, JavaScript & JASON
- Experience with designing relational databases as well as programming SQL queries for platforms such as SQL Server ( 2005 & high preferred )
- In-depth knowledge of systems analysis and design; strong hands-on experience in systems development and systems life cycle methodologies.
- Analyze and recommend solutions for system deficiencies and contribute ideas toward improving the quality and design of the existing code base.
- Drive efforts to constantly improve the performance and efficiency of the team.
