- Required: Familiarity with SOA principles
- Required: Experience with source code version control systems like SVN
- Required: Experience with Mainframe

- Required: Sound knowledge of SDLC
- Required: Experience with an ESB extremely desired
- Required: Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Desired: Experience with SOA implementation, technologies, and governance a plus
- Desired: Experience with CICS nice to have
