Principal Accountabilities:
The jobholder has to assist in capturing the business requirements correctly and help the delivery teams to understand the requirements, enabling them to deliver the system solution with a high degree of quality. The jobholder also has to assist in documenting the requirements and provide domain training, wherever required to the delivery team members. The Associate BA will be guided by his/her superiors while discharging his/her principal accountabilities

To assist the Delivery/ Department Heads to manage effective deliveries :- The Executive BA will be guided by his/her superiors while discharging his/her principal accountabilities. Assist in capturing business requirements. Assist in documenting user requirements into functional specifications/ usecases. Assist in Domain training

To ensure value-addition to the organization by building comprehensive banking domain, knowledge:
Base :- By participating in knowledge sharing and transfer. By assisting in disseminating functional domain knowledge to various GLT associates both proactively and for project specific needs. By being flexible to move and quickly adapt/learn across various business domains. By assisting in preparation of system test plan and test cases.

Compliance:- Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls. Implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy. Should deliver considering the operational risk associated with the role
