• Ability to display clarity of thought set clear expectations with stake holders, articulate the deliveries in terms of dates and time lines, also ability to clearly communicate all plans and outcomes with stake holders.

Job Profile:

• Supports PeopleSoft production, development and test environments.
• Installs PeopleSoft Tax Updates, Bundles, Maintenance Packs, and new versions.
• Develops PeopleSoft Applications.
• Responsible for PeopleSoft application, process scheduler, and web services.
• Writes custom PeopleSoft reports or modifies existing PeopleSoft reports.
• Develops, tests, and documents customized software and interfaces between PeopleSoft and other systems.
• Performs system analysis, program specification, systems development, and maintenance with PC-based systems.
• Works with HR and Financial Departments to improve the efficiency of PeopleSoft and related systems.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and Administering PeopleSoft Workflow.
• Responsible for maintenance of ancillary systems that interface to the core PeopleSoft Application.
• Responsible for migrating custom code to production database.
• Responsible for maintenance of PeopleSoft Security.
• Mentor technical staff on PeopleSoft technical issues.
• Responsible for designing complicated PeopleSoft custom applications and interfaces.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Project costing, resource management, timesheet, expenses, contract, billing, account receivable.
