Job description:
  • Liaise with the vendors and the managers to identify program roll-out dates
  • Responsible for managing the logistics for the program
  • Respond to generic training queries
  • Responsible for executing the programs against the defined calendar
  • This person is responsible for managing the training facility ( rooms, equipments, seating arrangement)
  • Track invoices and payments made to vendors and ensure they are processed in a timely fashion
  • Liaise with attendees/ managers and assist them with registrations / cancellations
  • Should be able to maintain training related data and update the Reporting tool
