Required Candidate Skills :

• B.Tech./MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
• 1-2 years of experience on Core Facets. No preference on overall IT exp.
• Should have executed the complete SDLC on at least one project using database development.
• Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
• Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines.
• Must be flexible to work in Shifts.

Mandatory skills:

• Must have excellent understanding of both the Front end and backend of the Facets system.
• Have complete command on the configurations, extensions and Facets Data Model.
• Must have excellent command of the various RDBMS tunings- Oracle and Sybase.
• Must be comfortable working with the Facets batches and schedules in production support environment and in shifts.
• Must be well versed with the US Healthcare reforms and policies.
• Must have excellent documentation skills.
• Shall be able to easily relate between technical and nontechnical teams.
• Strong Database skills are a definite requirement.
• Should be able to work independently and be proactive.

Good to have skills-

• Knowledge of .net, Crystal Reports.
• Can learn / straddle in multiple technologies.
• Easily adaptable to learn new modules in facets.
