• Basic Windows Admin Knowledge
• Prior Application Development Experience(using C#, Winforms, WPF) (desirable & definite plus)
• Knowledge of ITIL (desirable)

Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Incident Management Detection, Recording, Classification, Investigation and Resolution of issues that affect the availability of the supported applications / services / feeds
• Provide 24 /7 Level 1 & 2 Implementation & Escalation Support.
• Change / Release Management for the applications / services / feeds in QA / Prod environments
• Document processes and procedures as developed and/or required
• Communicate with end users to resolve their application related questions
• Monitor the health of the applications / services / feeds

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to manage multiple issues while maintaining short response and resolution times
• Ability to communicate(verbal & written) effectively and properly manage expectations
• Analytical problem-solving abilities
• Ability to install software
• Ability to write SQL for trouble shooting purposes
• Ability to work in any shift(morning, afternoon, night)
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Work effectively with team members
