  • Must be ready to work in rotational shifts (24x7 shifts applicable)
  • Must be ready to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
Candidate Specifications:
  • Candidates should be a graduate in Engineering or non-engineering graduation with Vendor Specific Certifications.
  • Certification in Infrastructure related technologies (Networking, Mainframes, Windows, Security, Database, Storage and UNIX) will be an added advantage.
  • Prior knowledge/ experience in Infrastructure Support will be an advantage.
  • All positions will be based at the new ESM Command Center at SJR location in Bangalore.

Job Description:

  • Infrastructure Event Monitoring & Management using various monitoring tools & consoles
  • L1 Support functions for multiple technologies like Windows, Mainframes, Networking, Storage and Database.
  • Incidents remediation for multiple clients in ticketing tools like ITSM 7.6 & 7.1, Remedy 6.0 and Service Center.
  • Update / create documentations like Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/ Knowledge base at regular intervals.
  • Function as a member of Global ISM (cRIM) Command Center in coordinating with the onsite team on scheduling & change activities and handle Global Turnover Calls as per defined processes.
  • Coordinating with vendors (service providers like ISPs, OEMs, etc.) as per documented process.
  • Should be able to clearly understand Customer Situations and Customer SLRs (Service Level Requirements) and act accordingly
  • Escalations to Resolver Groups as per defined escalation procedures.
