Required Candidate Skills :

• Qualification : B.E., Mechanical or M.E., Mechanical with Ref / AC or Thermodynamics/ Thermal / Heat transfer specialization.
• Track and Maintain customer complaints at HRMS till closure.
• Work closely with Help Desk Team on providing Customer Technical support in co-ordination with Senior AE team
• Monitor Exclusive Scroll faulty compressor complaint and create record on resolution with customer.
• Maintain record of OEM line and Filed rejection and corresponding QA report till closure
• Attend field complaints as and when required and provide trouble shooting guidelines. (Senior AE team will guide as required)
• Prepare training material with the support of Senior AE team
• Work on Emerson Climate Technical System support software to support customer effectively
