• Knowledge on Microwave communication.
• Knowledge on Fundamentals of data communication
• Knowledge on Network Synchronization, DCN connectivity, TMN architecture and interfaces
• Knowledge of International Standards for Transport System like ITU-T, Bellcore and ETSI etc.
• Adroit in the operation of Test and other Measurement Equipments for testing various Transport Systems.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills as well as presentation skills.

Job Description:

• Evaluation / Validation intelligent testing of OTN & Automatic Switched Optical Network (ASON) based High Cross-connect System, DWDM, CWDM, SDH System.
• Validation of EMS/NMS of Transport Network.
• New Release / patch testing of Transport system.
• Preparing Test set up with connectivity for all type of testing including Proof of Concept testing, DCN Testing, release testing and iteroperability testing with data network as per network requirement.
• Validation testing of different Modules of Transport System as per Network Requirement.
• Field Issue simulation for Transport Network and testing the same.
• Proving support to Lab Team for Installation, Interface connectivity and Material Movement activity in Lab.
