- Any Engineering graduate/ PG with 0 to 2 Year of Experience.
- Excellent communication & Inter-Personal Skills.
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing.
- Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai and Central Suburbs may only apply. However, candidates who are willing to relocate can also apply.
- Prior experience on financial application support would be an added advantage but not a necessity.
- Ready to work in permanent night shift.
Job Description:
- Provide first level Technical Support to the clients in USA.
- Troubleshoot Application Login related issues.
- Troubleshoot user profile setup issues.
- Troubleshoot Software related issues.
- Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application.
- Manage issue resolution by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the users desktop
- Record escalation from employees and notify Development and QC team for required changes in application
- RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation
