Job Description:

• To perform tasks as per process documentation (receive input and process to generate suitable output such as letters, calculations, update database as required).
• To maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation with regard to each case.
• To be involved in running service and process improvement projects within the team giving tangible benefits to the organization.
• To keep process documentation up to date and to ensure any changes are reviewed and authorized by the Process Lead / Team Leader.
• Achieving the process defined SLAs and volume targets.
• Strict adherence to non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality.
• Taking active participation in process improvements and automation.
• Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize report requests based on Turn Around Time.
• Completing assigned responsibilities within timelines.
