4. Analyze learning needs, determine project goals, learning objectives, and performance measurements by collaborating with subject matter experts and project managers
5. Design and develop learning content using instructional design strategies in a variety of methods including instructor-led, web-based and virtual training.
6. Work with graphic designer/sound designer/animator and software engineers to develop program elements.
7. Ensure quality control of instructional design and content.
8. Administer pilots to evaluate and revise training materials.

6. Awarness of Articulate, and Adobe's training design products including Flash, Dream Weaver and Captivate is good to have.
